We have ability to measure the surface quality, that is the endurance to sustain the abrasion and the noise due to the movement of the wiper. Of course, the wiper plays an important role here. We know how to choose the right metal for a specific resistance material. To improve the surface endurance, we develop the conductive polymer on top of the resistive part. The life time of our sensors reaches 50 000 turns. The conductive polymer enables us to choose less expensive wiper materials. This makes our product to be more competitive.
